jdk239 asked: My husbands job pays him full pay as part of his contract (he works for NYS) while he was off on workers compensation from Aug-Dec. So the workes compensation checks went directly to the state. The thing is they took taxes out of him just like he was still working. I’m pretty sure we are entitled to get all the taxes back that they took out, but I have no idea which taxes or how to figure it out. Any help and/or links would be greatly appreciated.
